All our artisanal paellas are crafted with locally sourced
ingredients and cooked exclusively with ILLA DE RIU bomba
rice — considered the finest bomba rice in the world —
cultivated in the Ebro Delta. Its exceptional absorption
makes it the ideal choice for haute-cuisine paellas.

Our rice dishes are not meant to fill you up, but to be
savoured slowly, crafted with precision and the Catalan
spirit: socarrat style, caramelised edges, patience, and
